Emanuele Torre b6da71bf68 declare static arrays const where possible
Some static arrays that could be readonly memory were declared mutable.

Thalia Archibald 3c37522aaa Consistently reset color formatting in jv_dump_term
Before, arrays would not reset colors after `[` and `,`, but objects
would; it would reset colors twice before `]` and `}`; and some cases of
indentation would have colors applied. Now, colors are reset immediately
after any token that is colored, before any indentation. This makes the
formatting consistent, for the benefit of custom `JQ_COLORS`.

Emanuele Torre 527c5abab1 jv_mem_calloc(): always call with (nmemb, size)
It does not matter much since they most likely just get multiplied
together, but some compilers would complain about this if these were
calls to calloc.

William Langford 74c44bc9a3 Add configure guards around literal jv_numbers
Allow building jq in a mode that doesn't use decnumber for benchmarking
purposes. decnumber support is enabled by default, and this option is
meant to be removed once we're happy with the performance.

Leonid S. Usov cf4b48c7ba Save literal value of the parsed number to preserve it for the output
Extend jv_number to use decNumber for storing number literals. Any math
operations on the numbers will truncate them to double precision.
Comparisons when both numbers are literal numbers will compare them
without truncation.

Delay conversion of numbers to doubles until a math operation is performed,
to preserve precision. A literal jv_number will only need conversion to
double once, and will reuse the resultant double on subsequent
conversions.

Outputting literal jv_numbers preserves the original precision.

Add strong pthread requirement to manage contexts/allocations for
converting numbers between their decNumber, string, and double formats.

W-Mark Kubacki 83e2cf607f Skip printing what's below a MAX_PRINT_DEPTH
This addresses #1136, and mitigates a stack exhaustion when printing
a very deeply nested term.
