Require user and system time units to match report time unit
...
The stddev/mean/max/min time unit gives precedence to the `--time-unit`
command line flag and falls back to parsing. This changes the user and
system time to follow the same time unit as the rest of the report.

benchmark.rs: Don't use # in benchmark name
...
Using `Benchmark #1` causes github and gitlab to interrupt hyperfine
results as link to issue #1 . Remove the # from the benchmark number to
play better with these systems.
Fixes #381 .

add CLI option to identify a command with a custom name
...
CLI option `--name` can be used to define the name to identify a
command. If not passed, then the command itself is used. Commands
and names are paired in the same order: The first command executed gets
the first name passed as option.
